Questions

Common questions from Treasure Coast owners

Do you pull permits for Treasure Coast pole barns?

Yes. We handle permitting when you select that option in the Budget Builder. We also build unpermitted structures where allowed by local code.

Will my barn hold up to Florida hurricanes?

Every Dekker build is engineered for Florida wind loads, with heavy posts, engineered trusses, and metal roofing rated for high winds.

Do I need a concrete slab before you build?

No. A concrete slab is optional and listed separately in your budget. Many customers start with a gravel pad or build the barn first and pour concrete later.

How far will you travel from Fort Pierce?

We build across the Treasure Coast and beyond — St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties.

How long does it take to get a budget?

Most customers complete the Budget Builder in about 5 minutes and hear back from a planner within one business day.
