By using this website or the Budget Builder, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Budget estimates are not a binding quote

The Budget Builder provides an estimated price range based on the information you enter. It is for planning purposes only and is not a final, binding quote. Final pricing depends on site conditions, material availability, permit requirements, engineering needs, and other factors. A Dekker Construction representative will review your submission and provide a formal proposal.

Use of the site

You agree to use the website and Budget Builder only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, access data that does not belong to you, or submit false or misleading information.

Text message communications

Providing your mobile phone number lets Dekker Construction call or text you about your budget request and project. Text message updates are optional: you can check the “Optional — text message updates” box in the Budget Builder if you want to receive SMS updates. You may submit a budget request and receive a response by email or phone call without agreeing to text messages.

• Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Message frequency varies by project and is typically limited to a few messages per project.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and plan.
• To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message or contact us directly.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the Budget Builder — is owned by Dekker Construction or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Dekker Construction is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on any estimate generated by the Budget Builder. Our total liability to you is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
